| Here at army surplus world we carry 150 foot of rappelling rope. The rappelling rope is durable rope designed for police and military action. The rope is made of Polyester Dacron Static Kernmantle with a work load of 540 lb. Static Kernmantle is designed to equal or exceed the 2001 NFPA standards, and provides firm body and good shock mitigation. It is a balanced non-rotational rope with a high tenacity solution dyed braided polyester cover over a heat-stabilized nylon core. Comes in various hi-visibility colors. Very low stretch for easy descent. Tensile strength: 5,400 lb.
