The Air Force Survival knife is a multi-use knife designed for a wide range of military, rescue and survival uses. The Air Force Survival Knife is the shortest of the Next Generation Spec Plus Knives and features a very practical design. The blade has small "teeth" (serrations) on the spine of the blade and a bowie style, clip point tip making it ideal for almost any cutting application. The SP2, Air Force Survival Knife is 10.625" in overall length. The 5.5" blade is full tang 1095 Carbon Steel (.1875" thick) with an epoxy powder coating. The SP2 Air Forece Survival knife features a comfortable Kraton handle with a secure grip. The SP2 Air Force Survival Knife comes with a combination leather/cordura sheath with a lanyard. The Ontario (manufacturer) part number for the SP2 Air Force Survival knife is 8305. The Ontario Spec Plus 1 (SP2) Air Force Survival knife is made in the USA.
