Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.
All returned merchandise must be in the original "NEW"
condition along with packaging (example: warranty information, instructions,
box, etc...) A restocking fee may be applied. There are no returns on large quantity orders or orders that ship directly from the manufacturer.
Custom orders made to your specifications cannot be returned
for exchange or credit, (i.e. Embroidered Name Tags, Embroidered
Helmet Bands, Class A Name Tags, and Dog Tags). There is no return
on used clothing, used surplus items, used blankets, cots, ammo boxes, footlockers,
panties or thongs.
We will not refund the shipping costs to you or the shipping costs for you to return the item to us. Returns will be credited immediately. If you wish to exchange an item please
place a new order for this item. We do not keep any credit card information on
file so we can no longer do an exchange once the return is received. By placing
a new order, you have a new order number for the exchange and your credit card
information is protected. All credit card information disappears once we capture
the sale. This is done as soon as the order is placed. Again, if you need a
different size or item – a new order must be placed for this item. We issue
credit only on all returns. Replacements are not processed unless the order is

IMPORTANT: All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted for return.
Except for custom and special order items, most items will be shipped within 3 - 5
business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Time in transit varies by
the location of shipping address, but is generally 1 to 5 business days. If you
need your order in a hurry, please call 1-713-484-5444.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, NPO's, and APO's ship via USPS or UPS and will be charged
any additional shipping costs imposed by the United States Postal Service or United
Parcel Service. Check the Ship To address on your Order Confirmation very closely -
if you fail to put the correct information i.e. Suite, Apartment, Zip Code, Business
Name and we incur additional charges from UPS or the package is undeliverable due
to incorrect addresses, the charges will be passed on to the customer.
Army Surplus World Shipping Costs
All rates apply to shipments up to 10 lbs. Larger or heavier packages may require additional shipping charges.
