Return & Exchange Policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
- No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
- Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
- No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
- Right reserved to replace, repair, or refund. Follow return instructions provided. Contact customer service at 713-484-5444 for assistance.
Shipping Policy:
- Products sold at MAP, shipping and handling charges apply.
- Carrier choice reserved, with express orders shipped as per selected timeframe.
- Shipments to different billing and shipping addresses subject to verification.
- No international shipping. Ships to APO addresses and U.S. territories.

Express Shipping Policy:
