If you’ve found the perfect military surplus gear online, we make it easy for you to buy. Simply click on the item, add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your credit card information and shipping address to ensure a speedy delivery.

Army Surplus World accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, reward points, and gift cards.
You may use PayPal, check, or money order. Please note, check and money orders used for payments will be processed before items are shipped.
All sales tax is calculated based on the state the item is being shipped to.
We do our best to ship every item quickly. The exact amount of shipping time after your order reaches the carrier will vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Orders vary within 1-2 days, but most items will get shipped within 1-7 business days.
Army Surplus World wants to provide you with the best prices on everything, including shipping. Any discounts we receive from our shipping providers, like FedEx or UPS, are passed on to you. Shipping costs are determined by the carrier and will vary depending on how large your order is and how quickly you want it.
Most orders offer a variety of shipping for you to choose from when you place your order. We also provide express shipping, but all orders must be in before 11:00 AM Central Standard Time to ship out the same day.
If you’re shipping to a different location than your billing address, don’t sweat it. Just be sure to double-check the shipping address and billing address are different when you enter and confirm your information.
Please note, our policy is to call and verify if you use a different billing and shipping address and are a new customer. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and issue a refund at any time. We also can suspend shipping to addresses other than the billing address at any time.
Army Surplus World wants to be good to our customers and show our appreciation. Rewards points can be accumulated and used as currency on the site to purchase items and get special deals.

If you’re not in love with your surplus gear or just need something different, you can send it back to us. A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the items. Custom orders and certain items such as used items and body armor are not able to be returned for a refund or store credit, but all of our other items can be sent back in their original packaging with return postage paid for by you. If you have a question about what can be returned, please reach out to us.
We give customers 30 days from delivery to try out their gear. If you do decide to return within that window, the products must be in new, original condition.
There is no return on used clothing, surplus items, body armor, MREs, tents, cots, all costumes, costume accessories or components, ammo boxes, netting, ghillie suits, ground blinds, undergarments, swimwear, or items requested with embroidery and/or sewing.
All items must be returned in their original condition. If there are signs of use, you will not receive a full refund. There are no returns on large quantity orders, special orders, or orders that ship directly from the manufacturer.

To cancel an order, it must be done in writing the day before the package is scheduled to ship. Contact us at 713-484-5444 or cs@armysurplusworld.com to begin the process.
If you need to change your order after it’s been placed, be sure to do it as soon as possible. It’s not always feasible for our team to adjust an order, especially if it’s on short notice. Contact us at 713-484-5444 or cs@armysurplusworld.com to see if your order is eligible.
