The MOLLE II woodland camo sustainment pouch is used with the MOLLE Rifleman's Pack or any MOLLE Load Bearing Packs or bags. When used with the Rifleman Pack, they fasten to each upper side on the pack. Troops fill these pouches with their MRE's, ammo or use them for any utility carrying needs. Normally used in pairs to stabilize the load.
