The US GI M15A1 Gas Mask Pouch is perfect for your family's bugout survival bag. Works for more than just a gas mask pouch!• US GI Military Issue •Approximately 13” x 11” x 4” • Durable Nylon •...
M40 protective masks were phased into service during the 1990s as a replacement for the M17 gas mask. This M40 carry bag would house the gas mask components; filter, face piece and decontaminating kits. Complete with two straps for wearing over the shoulder or around the waist.
The M40 bag represents the shifting of the times changing from a all canvas construction, to a rugged nylon build that won't rot. The front and back panels have hard inserts to protect the masks lenses from knocks. Accessing any of the compartments in a hurry is made easy with hook & loop tabs (the small external pouch was designed to carry decontaminating kits). While these bags will fit many types of gas masks, they'll also prove useful as a daily messenger bag, or simply as a cool display piece of military history.
**All used items are in good usable condition with plenty of use left; however, conditions will vary due to being actual used military surplus. We inspect all items and make repairs when needed. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, small repairs or surface rust but no holes and tear. Stock changes regularly because we trade with so many soldiers. Check back or call if you do not see your size. The photos are representative of the item(s) you will receive, but are not the actual item(s). The item(s) you receive may differ slightly in condition or appearance from the representative photos, but will be substantially the same in terms of their condition, appearance and functionality.
