Wind Resistant – This is wind resistant which means that it helps break the wind and keep the wearer warmer.

Part of the AGSU – The Army Green Service Uniform is an optional formal and ceremonial dress uniform currently in service within the US Army. These “Pinks and Greens” are modeled after the dress uniforms used during WWII.These uniforms were tested for service from 2018-2021 before they were made available for all in 2021. The Army began issuing these uniforms for new recruits in 2021 as well. They are scheduled to completely replace the current Army “Dress Blues” at the end of 2027.
