    I ordered this and they were made really quick and shipped to my APO address with no issues. I was a little hesitant to order at first, but they turned out to be just like the same ones they made on base but cheaper.

    Well made and Great Price

    I'm a US Army veteran. I know what a well-made nametape should feel like. These nametapes are well done and great quality. I wish I'd have known about this when I was in the Army. The prices are much better here and they don't sacrifice quality. If you are trying to match something you have it may not. Better to order both branch and name at the same time.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
  • No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
  • No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
  • Right reserved to replace, repair, or refund. Follow return instructions provided. Contact customer service at 713-484-5444 for assistance.

  • Carrier choice reserved, with express orders shipped as per selected timeframe.

Express Shipping Policy:
