Air Reserve Meritorious Service Award full size medal. It is awarded for exemplary behavior, efficiency and fidelity during a four-year continuous period while serving in an enlisted status in the US Air Reserve Forces, (Air Force Reserve) to 30 June 1972. From 1 July 1972 and afterwards, the length of service requirement is 3 continuous years of service.
