My conceal carry vest fits great with room to spare, you want your vest to be extra roomy so that you'll be comfortable and if you need to put on a sweatshirt you have the extra room to accommodate for it. The only thing that I didn't like was the little velcro straps that on the holster pockets, I have a friend who is a sewing professional help me modify the holster pockets to that when I was carrying a full size or heavier pistol that the barrel doesn't peep out on the bottom. I do like the general design of the vest but it needs to be tweeted out and customized out for my specific needs. (I'm handicapped so no matter what I get I have to modify for me) like I said the general format/design of the vest is good just needs tweaking (especially if you have physical limitations) I need a 4xl because I'm a big broad guy....I wish that it was available in the olive green color in my size black was the only color that they had and when you're outside in the sun black absorbs heat more and obviously you sweat more. I'm currently designing some more modifications to make it more comfortable and carry friendly for your cellphone etc. Keep an eye out on Facebook for finished results.
