I am a 5'11" ~150lb man. I typically wear large sizes but saw that I should order smaller, so I ordered a medium. The sleeves are a little long still and the length is long. The coat itself works great. I don't feel cold in single digit temperatures. Just order a size or maybe two smaller than you normally would.

This parka is not the same as military issued parkas. It is a nice coat, but runs HUGE! I am a woman 5'4" 136 pounds and ordered a medium. The sleeves hung past my fingers and two of me could fit in the coat! Order a smaller size than you usually do.
