The "goods": 1. Easy-to-use and effective size adjustment. 2. The buckle, though not as stout as the G.I. buckle, seems adequate for my purpose (carry two mag. pouches, knife, and canteen with h-suspenders). 3. I like the fixed keepers that button closed, because they make adjusting length easy. 4. Manufactured in the Republic of Korea (South Korea) as apposed to Communist China. 5. Nine U.S. dollars is a fair price to ask for this belt. The "bads" : The webbing is much less stout and stiff than G.I. webbing. This is fine for my purpose but inadequate for carrying a full load, as it will deform under load, which degrades the belt's ability to bear the load. Summary: If one were in need of a decent quality belt to carry a light load, this belt should be adequate. If he needs a belt to carry a full load under hard use, he would be prudent to purchase a G.I. belt.
