The Ontario Model 4 Strap Cutter is a handy tool to have in your rescue bag or vehicle and also works great for cutting small ropes and nets.  Made as a rescue knife, the strap cutter is used by military personnel to be able to exit a rolled vehicle or cutaway fabric quickly when needed. Made in the USA. they are 6.6" in length and the replaceable blades feature a TiNi edge. Note that this is a military surplus used item and some may have rust on the blade and the MOLLE holster may have a broken strap but fully functional.
