This yoke and collar front assembly in ACU is for the US Army Improved Outer Tactical Vest. When worn with the IOTV it increases your threat protection by covering the lower front of your neck and the front of your collar. The yoke and collar front assembly attaches directly to the vest by four MOLLE straps that lace into the collar of your vest. Inserts are included.
