The IOTV lower back protector provides additional protection for the lower spine and pelvis. The lower back protector attaches to the inside of the back carrier using two nylon straps and snap fasteners.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
  • No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
  • No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
