The pants I received looked new and feel extremely cheap and would not hold up at all. I bought two pairs, one pair has large hole in crouch.

These pants are unreturnable if you've chosen the wrong size. "There is no return on used clothing, surplus items, mre’s, tents, cots, all costumes, costume accessories or components, ammo boxes, netting, ghillie suits, ground blinds, undergarments, swimwear or items customer’s have requested embroidery and/or sewing." So know what size you need beforehand. I ordered a test pair, and liked them. I assumed (ass, you, me) that if I ordered that same size, I'd get that. I got the next size larger, because apparently, I'd been sent the wrong size in the first place. They're used, and the labels were trashed. Reasonable mistake. Ordered more of the suspected correct size, and they fit well. One last thing to consider is you may get the ripstop warm weather version, or the cotton ones. As for condition, the first pair lasted about a year. They were pretty old. The last few I got are practically new. In summary, once you get your size dialed in, you won't find better work pants.
