Army Surplus World has the genuine issue cold weather goretex parka jacket. They are in excellent used condition. The used goretex coat is great for insulating against cold and wet conditions. The government has stopped production of these so they won't last long. Made in the USA. The ecwcs goretex parka is waterproof, windproof, and BREATHABLE. The ecwcs gortex parka can be used in rain, snow and sleet. A goretex membrane is laminated between the outer shell and the inner fabric, and seam sealed with Gore/Seam Tape, to prevent water leaking through stitch holes. Zippers located under the arms to help ventilate.

All items are in good usable condition with plenty of use left; however, conditions will vary due to being actual used military surplus. We inspect all items and make repairs when needed. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, small repairs or surface rust but no holes and tear.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
- No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
- Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
