This yoke and collar front assembly in UCP is for the US Army Improved Outer Tactical Vest. When worn with the IOTV it increases your threat protection by covering the lower front of your neck and the front of your collar. With the included Small Arms Protective Insert it provides protection from fragmentation and 9mm bullets, the same as the IOTV. The yoke and collar front assembly attaches directly to the vest by four MOLLE straps that lace into the collar of your vest.
