These liners are designed to pair with the US 'Night Desert Parkas' which saw service during the Gulf War. The parkas and their liners were designed to be worn over the top of the normal field uniform so they are sized pretty generously. The liner has button slits on both sides of the front opening as well as the back of the neck and cuffs. Two slots around the waist are for inserting the outer layer parkas pockets through in order to give your hands thermal warmth from the liner. These parka liners are designed to be paired with US night desert parkas which are sized accordingly - ie. Medium fits a Medium parka.
