The Philippine Presidential Unit Citation is an award presented by the Republic of the Philippines that has been bestowed upon units of the United States Armed Forces during and following World War II. Created in 1946 it was retroactively awarded to any unit that assisted in the defense and liberation of the Philippine Islands. It has since been awarded to units that have been involved in relief efforts following natural disasters. The small frame version is for members of the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. This is a "ribbon only" award.
