Here at Army Surplus World we the magnesium firestarter that is adopted by the US Military. The magnesium fire starter is solid block of magnesium with an embedded striker flint. The magnesium fire-starter is used in all US Military survival kits. Simply scrape the "sparking insert" to ignite the shavings to temperatures of 5400°F, hot enough to light even the most stubborn campfire! Count on it to work, wet or dry, even with damp kindling. Comes with a key ring.
