Meaning: Out of working order; seriously, perhaps irreparably, damaged. Durable PVC construction means these patches sport a detailed design while still being able to handle tough conditions such as rain, heat and cold. They won’t tear or come apart during running, jumping or training, making them ideal for wear on a shirt, pants or jacket.
