The Hesco Model P210 is a very light weight IIIA hard plate. What makes this plate special is the threats it defeats. There was additional testing done with the 5.7x28mm round and the 7.62x25mm Tokarev round for protection. The plate is designed to be highly concealable and used in situations when pistol calibers will be the main threat. Being that these are hard plates, back face deformation is reduced over common soft armor solutions.
