    Stitches missing

    I ordered this for a trip to the Colorado high desert. It came 3 days before my trip. That was great. However, the stitching for the shoulder strap anchor lug was missing. It looks like the machine ran out of thread. The needle holes are in the nylon strap but no thread. I don’t have time to return it and I need it for my trip. So I’m going to rig it. Poor quality. The bag looks sturdy but I’ll never know if it really is because I have to alter it myself. If I had time I’d send it back but I don’t.

Return & Exchange Policy:
