Return & Exchange Policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
• No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
• Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
• No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
• Right reserved to replace, repair, or refund. Follow return instructions provided. Contact customer service at 713-484-5444 for assistance.

Shipping Policy:

• Products sold at MAP, shipping and handling charges apply.
• Carrier choice reserved, with express orders shipped as per selected timeframe.
• Shipments to different billing and shipping addresses subject to verification.
• No international shipping. Ships to APO addresses and U.S. territories.
• Check order confirmation immediately for address accuracy. Address correction charges may apply.

Express Shipping Policy:

• Orders placed before noon CST shipped next business day. Express orders may require a signature. Not available for different billing and shipping addresses, except for PayPal orders.
