The Silver Star Medal is a decoration presented by the U.S. military to recognize gallantry in battle. It is the third highest ranking award that can be received for valiant actions and may be awarded to any service member of the Armed Forces who is recognized for heroism in one of the following situations: Action against an enemy of the United States, action while serving in military operations involving conflict with a foreign foe or action while serving with allied forces in armed combat against an opposing force where the United States in not the aggressor.

Return & Exchange Policy:
