    The hat was as expected, but when I attempted to contact Army Surplus World to see if I could send it back for a different size, by phone and e-mail I could not get a response or return call. I wound up going to a surplus store 40 miles away to trade it out. Will not make a purchase from Army Surplus World ever again.
