Return & Exchange Policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
• No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
• Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
• No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
