We make personalized name tapes in our store. The name tapes can be ordered with your name, branch of service, department, etc. Name Tapes may be put on caps, bags, shirts, jackets, jackets, kids clothes and pants.

• If you don't see a thread color - call. We have over 50 thread colors in store.
• Can be sewn on to any garment or bag you order as long as you pay for sewing - see sewing of patches or add hook to fastener to name tape. Small additional charge.

Policies

Return & Exchange Policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
Right reserved to replace, repair, or refund. Follow return instructions provided. Contact customer service at 713-484-5444 for assistance.

Orders placed before noon CST shipped next business day. Express orders may require a signature. Not available for different billing and shipping addresses, except for PayPal orders.
