Features of the Military Dog Tag Chain Sets
• Gold Chains are Brass Plated (brass/gold color) finish.
• Black Chains are Epoxy coating over steel base.
• Silver Chains are Stainless Steel chains
• Set includes: 24" long (including a connector attached to one end) & 4.5" long (including a connector at one end)
• 3/32" (2.4mm) bead diameter
One may want to get the 27" chain, and trim it to the length you need. The 24" chain is a tad too short to suit me. My tags were issued with the longer chain, and I prefer it. Then again that's just my personal preference. My chains (short & long) are NAVY issue, and I wanted a backup chain just in case it broke. I will order the longer chain in my next order. I like the products offered here! Great selection!
