Tent only means it comes with poles and everything to set up? Or just the tent fabric?

The "USGI ACU Improved Combat Shelter " currently is only being sold on its own, only the tent NO rainfly, tent poles, tent steaks , or stuff sack.

We will be getting a shipment soon of complete shelter.
