What all is done to the reconditioned packs?
And are the used ones in complete working order ie zippers buckles etc?

Reconditioned packs receive repairs to address any tears, and all components, including the zipper, frame, and buckles, are expected to function properly. Used packs, on the other hand, can have varying conditions, with potential issues like tears, non-functioning zippers, or buckles that may require repair, although the frame is in good condition.
