The bag and frame is used and working order. But any piece of metal is corroded and rusted to shit. Zippers barely move without straining force.Like this bag shouldn't of been sold. Ya your summary says may be in great or worse condition being the bag shown is average condition. You guys really should look at bag and ask if you'd be happy with this instead of selling shit you know isn't even operable.

arrived in excellent condition with one repair in the bottom. all components are in working order and system is complete. adjusted to my body and everything rides well. loaded the sleep space with sleeping bag and with a 2 person tent, all riding well and all compression straps work well. a good buy.
I wasn't expecting the frame at this price so this is a steal. I bought 5 and 1 came with a canteen cut. They are used but still in great shape. Best deal for outfiting a family. Haven't used them yet but seem more comfortable than the old ALICE pack. Surprised they haven't sold out. Might get a few more for trading or resell if things go south.
I was fully expecting to get one with a lot of holes in it, which would have been fine, because that's what it's advertised as and it was made clear that was what I should expect. The one I got looked brand new with not a single hole in it and all straps and buckles still attached. $50 is a ridiculously cheap price for this pack. I searched for a while before ordering here, and there's nowhere else you can get one this cheap at the time I ordered it. Perfect for Marines who misplaced their CIF gear or got it stolen.
