My nephew just grew into a size 10, so I ordered a M (10-12). When the pants arrived, they were a size 12. Walmart has them available in both a 10 and a 12. Customer Service said they ship a Size 12 when you order a M because they "think it is a good size where kids can grow into", which is a decision the customer should make. I don't want to pay the shipping fees to send them back, so my nephew will just have to hold on to these for a year or so and grow into them, and I'll buy him a Size 10 from Walmart instead.
