Is your Lil Sailor a Drooler? Here at Army Surplus World you have found the perfect bib! Our adorable uniform bib has embroidered name tapes that say “Drooler and U.S. NAVY” on them.  Soft cotton backing and hook and loop closures allow for a perfect fit

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with packaging for credit or replacement. Restocking fees may apply.
  • No returns for unclaimed items, large quantity/special orders, or items shipped from the manufacturer.
  • Custom orders (e.g., Name Tapes, Embroidered Bags) are non-returnable/cancellable. Cancellation requests must be in writing a day before shipping.
  • No returns on used clothing, surplus items, undergarments, swimwear, or customer-modified items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns processed within 7 business days. For exchanges, place a new order and note it in special instructions.
