MultiCam (OCP) Uniform patch for the 4th Infantry Division. The patch is a diamond approximately 2" tall by 2" wide. The four leaves of the main design reference the unit's numerical designation. The leaves also form a visual pun as the word, "Ivy," sounds similar to "IV," the roman numerical representation for four. Ivy leaves are traditionally symbolic of loyalty and perseverance. Also called shoulder sleeve insignia, this item is backed by hook-and-loop insignia and is sold individually.
